For those of you that hate halo, or like halo for that matter, Cod may be the game for you.

Gameplay: Love it. Your character gets tired from sprinting, the losing aim with the sniper rifle (your guy can hold the target for too long before he loses focus and you have to realign) bothers me, but to each his own. Dying quickly, seeing your killers POV while you wait to respawn, interesting concept.
There are different classes that you can use/create as you obtain new guns and attachments from ranking up.

Weapon attachments are different for each gun, but general ones would be silencers which allow you to shoot without giving away position on radar, red dot sight which is self explanatory.

Grenades are timed and will blow up in your hand. you can also throw em back if you're quick. Two types of nades, Special and Frag.
of the special i've seen 3 kinds, Stun grenade, Flash Bomb and Smoke Bomb.

You can lay down!

Perks: special abilities for each class.
You choose 3 perks, example I have Rpg with two shots, higher bullet damage and i can sprint longer.
Others worth noting are increased health, increased hip accuracy (not aiming),

Killing 3 people in a row, you can access radar.
at 5 kills you can call in a chopper
I believe it's 10 for an airstrike and i have no idea how many to call in the dogs.

The game modes online are great, Death match, Team death match, headquarters, etc.

Fun to play, with the new one coming out, i am unsure of how popular this one will be.

Modern Warfare brings in some aspects that most other war games can't: radio commands, such as air-strike, etc. That's the main reason i love the game. Without it, it's just like any other shooter.

Yeah, but if you miss them with the knife just once, they're already feeding on you body.

normally thats why i shot them.

spraying with a sub machine gun or a shotgun to the face put the dogs down just as easy.

just be careful not to get surronded.

Just bought the pc version for £18 on steam, probably cheapest i'll find it for awhile
